Susuroos, better known as stroop susu. From early days a well-known Go-Tan product where many Dutch-Indos grew up with. Stroop susu (susu = milk) is traditionally used for ice shavings (Es kelapa muda, Es Shanghai) in combination with condensed milk, but it can also be used as sirup (stroop biasa with selasi or tjin tjau) and on top of ice cream.
