Base material:

2. Arrange the coconut on the bottom of the putu ayu mold which is lightly greased with oil. Press a little to make it a bit tight.
3. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
4. Enter the rice flour and wheat flour while sifting, alternating with the mixture of suji leaf water, instant coconut milk, light green coloring, and salt while shaking well.
5. Pour into coconut-lined molds.
6. Steam for 15 minutes over medium heat until cooked.

Caranya:
1 Aduk rata untuk bahan alas.
2. Tata kelapa di dasar cetakan putu ayu yang dioles tipis minyak. Tekan-tekan sedikit supaya agak padat.
3. Kocok telur dan gula pasir sampai mengembang.
4. Masukkan tepung beras dan tepung terigu sambil diayak, bergantian dengan campuran air daun suji, santan instan, pewarna hijau muda, dan garam sambil dikocok rata.
5. Tuang ke dalam cetakan yang beralas kelapa.
6. Kukus selama 15 menit di atas api sedang sampai matang.
