General Information on Shipping
€ 10 is the standard shipping charge for Ireland & Northern Ireland with a shipping time of 1-2 days, the maximum weight for each order would be 25kg.

€14 is the standard shipping for the UK with a shipping time of 3-4 days,  a maximum weight of 25kg.

€23,00 is the standard shipping charge for all orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany & Luxembourg with a shipping time of 3-4 days, a maximum weight of 25kg.

€25,00 is the standard shipping charge for all orders to Austria, the Czech Republic, Denmark & Poland with a shipping time of 4-5 days, a maximum weight of 25kg.

€28,00 is the standard shipping charge for all orders to Hungary, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia with shipping time 4-5days  a maximum weight of 25kg.

€30 is the standard shipping charge for all orders to Italy, Spain, Sweden, Latvia, Estonia with a shipping time of 4-5 days, a maximum weight of 25kg.

€35 is the standard shipping charge for all orders to Portugal, Finland, Croatia, with a shipping time of 4-5days, a maximum weight of 25kg.

SHIPPING FOR NON-EU (SWITZERLAND, BOSNIA, LIECHTENSTEIN, NORWAY, SERBIA, AND MONTENEGRO) EXTRA CUSTOM CHARGE APPLIED FOR EUR 25.00

€25,00 is the standard shipping charge for all orders to SWITZERLAND with a shipping time of 4-5 days, a maximum weight of 25kg. CUSTOM CHARGE APPLIED FOR NON-EU (€25).

€35,00 is the standard shipping charge for all orders to BOSNIA, LIECHTENSTEIN, NORWAY, SERBIA & MONTENEGRO with a shipping time of 4-5 days, a maximum weight of 25kg. CUSTOM CHARGE APPLIED FOR NON-EU (€25).

  • Anything above 25kg, you will be contacted with bulk shipping rates prior to the order being processed.
  • We do not accept orders over the phone or by mail.
  • If the item you ordered runs out of stock after your order has been placed, we will contact you via phone or the email provided in your order to exchange the item for another item of equal value. If we do not receive a response within 10 business days we reserve the right to refund your order in full.
  • We do not ship on weekends and holidays, which may delay the processing and shipment of your order.
  • All customers can view the details and status of their orders online to see if their order has been confirmed, is in the progress of being prepared or dispatched.
  • This information is available by logging into ‘My Account.
  • You will receive an email when your items have been dispatched with an update as to when you will receive your order.
  • Delivery will be made to the address you supply when you place your order. We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address, where it is safe to do so, or otherwise as near as practicable to that entrance.
  • If there is no answer at the delivery address you have given, our driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will need to collect the parcel from your local depot. If this happens, the delivery driver will leave a calling card at your home to let you know where your order is and how you can collect it.
  • If you believe your parcel has been lost in the post, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible using these contact details. We will then investigate what has happened to your parcel.
  • Customers have up to a maximum of 60 days from the date of shipment to claim their package as lost in order to receive any compensation regarding their order.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of a return, unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete at the fault of the company.
  • If item is missing, please contact us by email with the order number and the missing item’s name and SKU number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
  • If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we would NOT dispatch an alternative product. You may instruct us to dispatch an alternative product by contacting our Customer Services team so we can advise you on the next step to take. Please send an email to info@makan.ie
